Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Account information (name, email, organization), project data you upload (FF&E specs, drawings, schedules), usage telemetry, and audit logs of platform actions.

2. How we use data

To deliver and improve the platform, run AI features you invoke, secure your tenant, generate audit trails, and meet legal obligations.

3. AI processing

When you use AI Copilot, the relevant content is sent to model providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI). We do not allow providers to train on your data.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share with subprocessors (hosting, AI gateway, email) under DPA terms.

5. Security

Row-level security, encrypted transport (TLS 1.2+), encrypted storage at rest, SSO/SAML, and SOC 2-aligned controls.

6. Retention

Project data is retained for the life of your subscription plus 90 days. Audit logs retained 7 years.
