Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing ConstructiumAI you agree to these Terms. If you are using on behalf of an organization, you represent that you may bind it.

2. License

We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your internal business purposes during your subscription.

3. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, scraping, abuse of AI capacity, or upload of unlawful content. You are responsible for your users' actions.

4. Customer data

You own your data. You grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service.

5. AI output

AI output is probabilistic. You must review before relying on it for safety, structural, regulatory, or financial decisions.

6. Fees

Subscription fees are billed per order form. Late amounts accrue 1.5% monthly.

7. Warranty disclaimer

Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

8. Liability cap

Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for uncured material breach after 30 days' notice. Data export available for 90 days post-termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order form.
